So yeah I want to see what you all think of my EGTs here:

89GTU rebuilt engine w/~60k miles.
K&N barrel filter
MT True Duals with RB cans
S4 aux port actuation style
S4 VDI actuation(kept the S5 noid tho)
550cc primaries
720 secondaries(S/c is comming this way )
S-AFC II Basic corrections to roughly attain stock fuel delivery(still N/a)
Emmissions removed
Accesories removed
E-fan
FD alt
Dual Belt pulley for FD alt
Tockico shocks/springs
BBS wheels
RE950 Bridgestones all around

Hey, great choice in techno! Interesting to see how the temperature varies in normal driving. Pardon the nubbedness but what would an abnormally high or low EGT mean?

-Too small turbine (if turbo'd)
-Too lean
-Poor timing
-Clogged cats

First, what RPM was the cruising speed at?
Was it right under the secondary crossover point at around 3,500RPM?
If so, that should be the hottest the engine should see - the WOT EGT should be slighter LOWER than this.
If 750C is your true peak EGT under cruise under closed-loop operation, the WOT should be about 720C to 740C - try add some fuel and see if the engine makes more power; you should be able to feel the power gain if the engine is running so lean.
Second, the EGT drops when you lift off the throttle due to decel fuel cut.
To save gas and to allow the engine RPM's to drop quicker, the fuel injector shut-off when you lift off the throttle at high RPM's.
So with no fuel burning, there is no heat to elevate the EGT.
Third, what kinda AV proggie is that???
Is it freeware?
I've been looking for something basic (but free) to make some simple videos.
That's an audio overlay, right?
I just need something to handle an MP3 input and basic text graphics.

Ted: That's strange, my GTUs (at cruise when it was stock) sits about 710 or so, but at WOT winding out 3rd gear I'll see as high as 850, this mean I'm leaning out severely?

Have you confirmed this on a dyno?
I'm only basing this on what I see on turbo cars, but I do know that NA's do make more power at slightly richer AFR's (12.5:1 ideal?).

Not in N/A form, however now that it has the charger on it, it does follow that pattern, however in N/A form the car was always quite sluggish higher in the band, and I was just curious if it'd follow a similar pattern, if I'd wind out third long enough (say to about 7500k) sometimes it'd even near 900, got me thinking of what it's problem was back then. Oh well I guess, it's fixed now, but still drove me nuts for months trying to figure out what it's problem was.

Rpms while cruising fluctuated from 3200-3600rpm. So since my WOT EGT numbers went up really close to 800C I could fatten it up? I noticed right around 7500 it started to jump up again. I'm probably going to do another run tonight but I need to figure out how to mount the cam with the AFC in view.
The EGTs under cruising conditions are without the use of an O2 sensor since mine isn't connected.(might connect it tonight just gotta find some solder) With the O2 sensor would EGT's likely go up or down?(i'm thinking it could go either way right?)
Yeah I knew about fuel cut I just thought i'd point it out because the vid was getting stale because of length and lack of activity. Plus some newer guys don't know that there is a delay in EGT readings.
The proggie is windows movie maker. I used my Sony MiniDV Handy cam and captured from my fire-wire card onto it. I also got another proggie with the cam but I rarely ever use it as Movie Maker is so easy to use anyways. And its not like i'm directing titanic.
From what I know all XP machines have WMM but I don't know about Win2000 or Win9x boxes.
The music is part of my vast library, I just chose the "Import music" option in WMM and it brought it in as a "clip" then I dropped it into the "audio" track. It has Video/Audio/caption-tittle tracks that you can mess with. Basic effects like fade-in/out volume adjust for the sound clip(s) Animation options for the text(I used a few in this movie) I don't remember if the song I brought in is an MP3 but I don't see why it wouldn 't handle it.

Yeah, with the O2 sensor the ECU goes into closed-loop, and it should get a lot hotter.
With your set-up, I would estimate about a 800C to 840C closed-loop operation, and WOT would be slightly under 800C - which is what you are showing.
So it looks like you're close to ideal.

12.8:1 is the "ideal" ratio for N/A at WOT. Turbo's should run a little richer.
