EGI COMP fuse... what does it do?
I noticed in my FC when I was testing the headlight retractors and looking for a good sleepy-eyed position that my EGI COMP fuse had blown. However, if I replace the fuse my car won't shut off. Without the fuse I have no performance problems, but as soon as I put the fuse in, the car refuses to turn off.

Wow. Sounds like someone has done something to your electrical system or something!
With the EGI fuse removed the car isn't suppost to run. At all.
EGI = Electronic Gasoline Injection circuit. Or something long those lines.. (can't wait for flames on that one. )
Basic idea is it controls the fuel injection controls. Bottom line is if this fuse was blown (are you positive it's blown), and your car has not been touched, it should not be running.

Well, the bar inside it was broken. The only affects having a good fuse there seemed to have were whether or not it would shut off and whether or not the washer jets worked....
