ECU judgement day?

I have been browsing for 10 hours looking @ ECU's

Here is my & setup for a 89 Turbo2
Rebuilt engine from Rotary Power ,Walbro Fuel Pump,Mariah Cold Air Box, K&N FIPK, Greddy Type S Blow off Valve , Racing Beat Catback mufflers , Shitty Main cat , Custom 3" down pipe (no pre-cat) , 3mm Apex Seals ,Street ported , new engine wire harness , Braided Stainless steel oil cooler lines ,
Magnecor 8.5mm Sparkplug wires, Hybrid Stage 2 Turbo (housing, comprssor) and other none engine stuff.

Should be getting
FMIC, RB presilenser , bigger fuel injectors , Fluidyne Radiator , Elec fan ,

Qustions:
1. Which one the Haltech or the Wolf 4.0?
2. Which Halteck should i get (E6S,E6K,E6H or E11 )?
3. Will i still pass smog if i have all the visual eqiupment visually there and the engine runs good with the new ECU?
4.I want boost control without the extra boost controller Computer are these ECU's good @ it?
5. NOS support ?
6. Should i need a fuel pressure regulator and a higher fuel pump flow rate?
7. Would stock fuel lines and rails need to be upgraded for it work ok with fuel regulator and injector upgrades?
8. Power steering support ?
9. Air Conditioner support?
10. Would i need Ignition Amplifiers and is there support for them?
11. Can the stock wireharness be used and if so is splicing requred or is there adaptors availble for use?
12. What parts are required to swapout stock parts(ie TPS, Air flow meter , O2 sensor)
13. What add on's are a really good help to the ECU working better with tuning and performance?

I will be e-mailing boh Companies with these questions and posting their resonses.I jsut wanted to the the Great RX7 community word or it to.

these are the one i can help with
3. no. you need the air pump and acv to work, it would take 1 output to 2 solenoids to make it work well enough to pass the test

6. the ecu should support whatever the motor needs, if you dont need extra fuel, or if you do the fuel mods an aftermarket ecu can be mapped to compensate

7. an aftermarket ecu can work either way
8. no but the fc has a standalone power steering ecu, stock
9. no, you need to make that ground
10. no, but you can make better use of them with a stand alone
11. k2rd offers adaptors for the e6k into 89-91 fc, to let you use a stock harness
12. most aftermarket ecu's can use all the stock sensors, most will remove the afm, although you could use that instead of a map sensor
13. egt and a wideband o2

1. It depends on which features you like. Both are good brands, and the pricing is similar. The E11 is similar to the Wolf 4.0, while the E6K is similar to the Wolf 3.0. Local support is a big plus with any EMS, so that should be a major consideration.
2. The E11 is far superior to the other Haltech products, but it is new and the bugs still need to be worked out. The E6K has worked well for many years. Check our Haltech forum for updates on the E11.
4. The E6K boost control was not liked by most users. The E11 has most likely resolved this issue. The Wolf boost control worked well in the early models with the exception of a scaling problem, but this has been fixed in later models.
9. Both the Wolf3D 4.0 and Haltech E11 have an aircon request function.
11. Most EMS products are available with a new wiring harness and sensors. I would recommend this as opposed to trying to use the old, cracked wiring and nasty sensors. The EMS wiring harness isn't as complicated as you may think.
12. It depends on which EMS you use, and how you run the engine. You will most likely want to trash the AFM, and use the TPS for acceleration enrichment. The O2 sensor is an option, not a requirement.
