Ebay MK1 Short Shifter for FC
Well I don't own a Rx7 but asking for my friend. He has a MK1 FC short shifter like this.

I've been reading the instructions online but I don't this on the OEM shifter it had a upper bushing. Is this nessceary for the Fc's? Am I suppose the shave the piece that looks like this?
