Question e-manage injector and harness Q's

I am wiring up the injector and timing harness into my 89 FC3 Turbo II.

I have read the Fc install pdf by Dale Clark.
and search the yahoo groups with this for the FCs.

Ques.
1. With the timing harness for the Leading ch2(I tL)and Trailing ch1 (tT) the wires are cut correct?

BL/W (ch1 in) to tT ECU
BL/B (ch1 out) to tT harness
O/W (ch2 in) to tL ECU
O/B (ch2 out) to tL harness

2. I have spilced the Brown RPM signal into the Leading wire (tL) connection, is that ok? even though i have the ignition hareness wired in.

3. The injectors harness is spliced, is each injector assigned to a channel?

BL/R (i/j ch1) to Pri inj 1
O/R (i/j ch2) to Pri inj 2
Y/R (i/j ch3) to Sec inj 1
P/R (i/j ch4) to Sec inj 2

If there is any other information reguarding the injector and/or the timing harness that you have could you please share it with me

Thanks
Vaughn

Did you ever get an answer to your questions? I'm considering going this route also.

I'm stuck with the injector wiring problem too on my FD. Very poor Eng translation in the manual which says for the rotary engine, you connect "either the primary or the secondary or both"???????????? That pretty much is all the combination you can get. Please help if anyone out there has one on their FD.

The ignition wiring is simple, read the manual again they actually tell you which channel to assigne to T1 T2 and Tl (you use 3 channels in and 3 channels out on the FD, not sure about the FC).

It means exactly that. You have the option to:

a. splice into the primary injector wires
b. splice into the secondary injector wires
c. splice into both
