E-Brake question
The Emergency Brake on my 1986 rx-7 is not engaging when i am trying to park it in a parking lot. I don't know how to adjust it. :

take off the plastic surrounds of your parking brake handle. there is a screw, or nut (i don't remember) looking up at you. tighten it until your e-brake works.

long hex nut at the end(adding to spot skater's reply) take it out of the clip and turn it clock wise then replace and test ..do it to your feel..don't over tighten as it will drag the brakes..just did mine(88) ...if that doesn't work I'd be lookin at where the 2 cables connect at the main cable ..there is a spring there ..if you have zero e-brake.. there is a good chance that spring is broken or gone ..that's worse case scenario..good luck.
