The throttle sensor that comes with the ITB should still work just fine. As long as you have one that will read full range you should still be able to adjust at certain ranges vs RPM.

For a fuel only system like this, just use the Megasquirt. Far cheaper, well understood, can trigger off of the stock coils and has rotary specific features.
