probably just a crackhead ebay seller.. not even worth sellin that id just throw in the trash..
Id hope Nopi doesnt have their own brand, most of thier involvement in the import scene is degrading import shows (dont need bikini contest at a car show come on) and cars imo.
Your better off having a custom made at a exhaust shop..
