Drivers Side Door Handle (Exterior)

I just took the door panel off and i can clearly get to the 10 Mil screw on the front of the door handle but how do i get to the one in the back? Am I supposed to take the door glass out?

Just a question folks because I am stumped.

Any positive input would be greatly appreciated.

One bolt is only accessible when the glass is down.
Temporarily hook up the switch and lower the glass.

Thanks Clokker. I was begining to think i need to buy a new door just to replace the door handle.
