Drilling and Tapping Greddy Elbow For Larger Sensor?
I have to drill and tap the greddy elbow to fit the bigger sensor. Does anybody know what size drill and tap to use??? Maybe somebody has had to do this before and knows? Thank you for your help.

I wanted to make my own adapter for the sensor but I didn't have the right taping tool (only had something close but it wasn't metric) so I went to a hardware store but they couldn't find the right bolt so I took whatever was close enough. I guess your talking about the thermo sensor right?

Yes it is the intake temp sensor. The hole on the greddy elbow is for a smaller sensor to screw into. My sensor on my tII is bigger. So I have to drill and tap it. Does anybody have any ideas. Maybe someone knows drill and tap size.

Drill it, then tap it. Standard Haltech sensors are 3/8" NPT.
Here's a page that tells you what size hole to drill for 3/8" NPT:

the Bosche AIT Sensor that came with my Wolf 3D was M16 1.5 Pitch Tap.
You can just drill, since that tap is always on special order everywhere, plus
its just aluminum, just drill if you can't find the tap, make sure you use teflon tape.
