ehh...I'll wait for someone else to field this one. My knowledge of drifting is strictly confined to AWD cars and 4-wheel drifts.
Once I pick up my 7 this weekend, give me a month or so, and I'll have a little more "hands-on" knowledge of the subject

my knowledge of drifting started from AWD which has helped tremendously in my transition to RWD.
but i'll say again...practice, practice, practice.
edit: please excuse the badly photochopped shadow. if you look closely you can see a figure of what used to be a photographer near the cone i didnt want him in the shot.

Front sway bar = reduce oversteer
Rear sway bar = reduce understeer
Negative front camber = Reduce understeer
Negative rear camber = Reduce oversteer
Both obviously have many other uses, benefits, and drawbacks, but in relationto under/oversteer...this is what they do.
Whomever says that you can't drift a stock FC and that it's not safe to do so knows nothing about drifting their car. You don't need any of this stuff to drift and you certainly don't need it to drift safely, all that extra stuff is only going to get an inexperienced guy killed because he had to enter a turn at 80MPH to execute the drift he wants, rather than 40MPH with the mushy stock stuff.
