Where are you stuck at exactly? Do you need to remove the glass? You will have to lower the window to remove one of the bolts that attaches the glass to the regulator if I remember correctly but 100% certain glass has to be lowered or removed to access 1 of the nuts that holds on the door handle.

To remove the exterior door handle once the glass is removed you have to remove 2 nuts plus snap two rods out of place off the interior door handle assembly (at least on power doors). Then you will have to fidget with the door handle at different angle to get it to come off.

A little annoying but not too bad. Should be less than 30 minutes start to finish. Pictures may help to show us where you are.

there are two 10mm nuts that hold the glass to the window motor. there are two 10mm nuts holding the door handle on. there is a plastic oval covering one of them that you need to pop out. then you need to CAREFULLY remove the 2 rods from the door handle. then pull it out.
