I twisted off the lower front port actuator stud just under the nut. I was torquing it to under 16 ft-lbs, which I thought wouldn't be too much...
I would really appreciate some advice on removing and replacing the stud. Has anyone done this before? (preferably without removing the lower intake manifold)

BTW, this is an '88.
