Does this sound right?

So I'm going with the monster street port, 62-1 T04E, etc. I am planning on controlling it with an E6K. The tuner guy around here says he will sell me an E6k for $1400, and it will cost between 2 and 3 THOUSAND bucks to tune it. That sounds pretty freakin' high to me... What do you guys think? Robbery or fair deal?

Ummmm you can buy an E11 from Hitman in AUS for 1478. Dyno tuning should be ~100/hr for MAYBE 5-6 hours TOPS.

I heard the E11 isn't ready to go yet... That there are still bugs in it... Is it solved now?

Are you sure about that $1478? Haltech is recommending $2400 for it... If it's only $1500, I'm all over it. I don't suppose anyone knows anybody in the Mass/CT/NY/NJ region that can tune it without raping me????

I don't really know for sure, but everyone says he's pretty responsive when it comes to emails.
