Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anybody out there knew what size speakers came in the doors of certain GXL models (they may have come in some other models, but GXL is the only one I've seen with them). I have some 5 1/4" speakers; I might be able to mount them in place but they won't fit in the interior door panel. 4" speakers are too small to mount into place, unless there's a bracket or something I need.

Basically, my car's front speakers under the dash are too small to hear, and the left side mounts are broken so I couldn't have one there anyway. My last GXL had door speakers, but my current one doesn't, even though the wiring is there and the threaded holes are there to screw them in. All I have to do is modify the door panel, but I want to make sure I get the right size first. I'm hoping they're not like an oblong shape or something.

If anyone knows what correct size speakers fit in the door panels, could you help me out? I'm tired of only being able to hear my rear speakers. Thanks!
