I want to make a cold air intake that comes from the manifold down like the ones u can buy for hondas. The all metal tube or w/e.

just go to home depot and ask someone who works there. Making an intake is pretty straight forward. Probably just need basic tools and a tape measure.

they dont know **** about cars. And arent there electrical parts to connect to also

I highly suggest that you dont do this. Not being rude but you dont seem to have the mechanical knowledge necessary to perform this task.
