Hey, I was inspecting my motor while it was apart and saw the dreaded front plate had a blown water jacket, go figure. I don't really see Cosmo 13B Front plates and was wondering If I can use the RX7 Front Iron. Any info will help thanks.

 

The intake port runners are different between the two, I'm sure there's other differences too.

 

will it fit...sure...will the engine run correctly? no way in hell

 

All right thanks guys. I found a shop that can weld back the water jacket.

 

make sure they tig weld with nickel rod....not stainless steel rod.....
