Do the copper washers on the OMp go between the fitting and the bolt or

does the washer go between the bolt and the fitting or the fitting and the copper plate on the s5?? i took it off but that was a few days ago and i forgot . someone help .. and has anyone snapped a mounting bolt for a omp?? i just did .. i didnt even tput much torque on it .. i have to vise grip it out . but has anyone does this ??

i just had to replace a couple OMP lines, each bolt should have 2 of those washers, 1 before the fitting and 1 after look on the parts to make sure a washer isnt stuck on the fitting or bolt or block

Actually, between the banjo and the OMP, is 1 washer for all four - kind of a clover leaf lookin' thing. Then there is another washer between the bolt head and the banjo.
