found this on some japanese site.. pic looks self explanatory.

That would be OK for the extremely budget minded, but the you really need to focus that airflow for optimal cooling. The angle of entry and area of the rotor seeing this new air should be considered. I'm sure that design will work to some extent, but it could be so much better for not much money.

I'd be worried about the hose melting and getting a proper seal so that the air goes where you want it to, but it'll be better than nothing. There's special high temp hose that you can get from racing supply places, and you can get proper backing plates with hose attachments for just over $100. A better arrangement for the ducting is to have all the air enter into the center of the rotor so that it evenly cools both sides from the inside, and make sure that the center is more or less sealed so that the air doesn't just escape out the back.
