Differential-ARGHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Alright, anyone know any tricks getting this fagstone poontangling **** canister Differential back into my car?

I just spent my whole day getting it out. And I sware to Jebus, I can't get this thing back in!

The reason I took it out is because I converted my rx7 from an auto to a manual transmission. The two differentials have slightly different gear ratios. So I am replacing the auto diff for a manual one.

They look Identical. Hope they don't subtle differences,

Arggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhh!!!

It shouldn't be too difficult, just get the front-end back inside the subframe, then put a jack under it, bolt the differential mount back up, then jack up the differential and bolt the ears back on, shouldn't be too hard at all, unless you didn't drop the subframe :o

Describe your problem...

The easiest way I found is drop the entire subframe.. It's only a few more bolts, and makes this job tons easier.
