difference in plates

Tried searching but had no luck. I was just wondering if anone knew if theres a difference in the end plates. i know the 6th ports are different then the 4ports because the plates dont have the extra ports. And ive heard that the 13b-re and rew have stronger plates( are those 4 port plates). So i was just wondering if there is a difference between the na 4 port plates and turbo 4 port plates? I was thinking about running the turbo housing and intake and then maybe 4 port na plates. if that would work i want to run the turbo housing so i can use the turbo intake so i dont have to notch the frame when i make it turbo. Anyone know if theres any more added benifits to the turbo intake over just using the 6th port intake and housings and getting a custom exhaust manifold? thanks again guys
