I am having problems with my idle, it is really low probably 200, 300 rpm. when it is cool out i have no problems at all when its hot out it dies at stop signs or whenever i push in the clutch. then it doesn't want to start back up unless i bypass the fuel pump for a second with a switch. i looked at my manual at where to adjust the idle and poof that screw is gone since the emissions are off how can i get the idle up so i can drive without it dying on me. help please

Your computer is faulty. I attached two jpgs of the throttle stop screw.
That screw has no spring under it etc. It's a 8mm wrench size jamnut holding a very small screw against the throttle linkage. Do not adjust the other screws in that picture.
You could do as NZCONVERTIBLE did, and chunk the intercooler to the side and install a set of PVC pipes/elbows in place of the intercooler so you can idle the engine while adjusting the screw. See attached jpg.
