Did research but still confused!

aight so my car recently over heated like 2 months ago so i took it to the mechanic and did i pressure test and found it where the problem was and i got that fixed so now im just noticing that every time i let my car sit it leaves a little puddle of water/coolant/ i dont know what.......so i last night ive noticed some air bubbles in the filler neck and it like this everytime i park it. So i checked all the hoses again and nothing!! and for some reason now my coolant resivouir (sp) stays filled up but i always have to put water in the filler neck before i drive other wise my add coolant light comes on and everytime i do start it up while im driving i smell somethin like cinnomon toast crunch the car ( i say that becuase it smells sweet in the car) anyway im lost and dont know what to do anyone got any ideas on whats wrong with ma baby??

Air bubbles as in when you start the car with the filler cap open, you see bubbles boiling up?
If so, bad coolant seals.

Yeah, you're burning coolant. The ethylene glycol smells sweet when it burns. Coolant seals are likely blown, so look for coolant leaking from the housings/irons.

Coolant seals it sounds like. Most likely they were compromised from the overheating of the engine(they dont like that).

i was looking around the engine earlier today and i found taht i was missing a bolt from the theromostat cover so could coolant leak outta that and burn up ?? if not how much longer do i have before the engine goes out completely and i have to rebuild?

If it's missing one of the bolts from the water filler neck (sandwiches in the thermostat), then it's definitely going to leak from there. You should see a lot of dried up coolant from where it's been spraying out onto the block/intake/exhaust manifold. Fix that and cross your fingers because you might get lucky and find that was causing both the leaks and air bubbles.
