deep fried ecu...any options?

ok so my mop went bad and in turn fried my ecu(91' na coupe 5spd) and has rendered my car basicly useless for now. i take it i have to buy a new one but just to make sure no one rebuilds these things...my dad is convinced someone has too...im not as optimistic but i thought id ask anyways. id love to go stand alone but i dont think theres anyways id pass emissions. so any ideas would be great, i was quoted 350 for an ecu from a mazda shop around here...350 + mop + mop lines has made this a very expensive fault on a college kids budget. i found one ecu on ebay for a vert, but i wasnt sure if that is the best idea since its n352 and my car is n351. thanks

just look in the for sale section of the forum, or just call junkyards on your area for any '89 to '92 (S5) rx-7's they might have
