Custom TID help/questions

Ok so I just recently swapped a S5 TII for my S5 N/A and I bought the N370 AFM but don't have the turbo inlet duct so I am going to make a custom one.

I was curious what hoses 1 and 2 in the picture below are and if they're necessary meaning I should hook them up to the inlet duct I make or if they can just be plugged.

One hose supplies the BAC with metered air, the other feeds the oil injection air bleeds and the AWS solenoid.

I keep trying to look at other peoples pictures of custom tid's but I can never seem to see those hoses hooked up anywhere. Any advice or someone who has a custom TID what did you do with them???

Just trying to bump this because it's one of the very few things left before this car is done just kind of waiting on it for now.

Buy some NPT fittings and thread them into the TID, or get nipples welded on.
