curious about tII's

Ok, ive asked this question once before... but is it normal for my rx-7 to idle rough? is it tuned to run better in the higher rpms and the rough idle is just a side effect? its not that its unbearable.. but it just seems that my dad's pontiac GTP has no annoying shake, and it doesnt sound like the engine is constantly missing... maybe im just too picky and i shouldnt be comparing the turbo rotary to a supercharged V6, but if there is a remedey to this problem im all ears... thanks for any help.

If you are having a shake while idleing then you are miss-firing or have fuel delivery problems or the car is tuned incorrectly.

You may also wish to check the engine mounts, as a poor idle can rip them up when the car comes up on power.
