coupe vs. Vert exhaust
Does anyone know if there is a difference between S4 coupes and S4 verts exhaust, I snapped my exhaust right after the manifold and I wanna know if i can change it out w/ coupe parts... this may sound dumb but if some one could help, it would be really nice

As far as the manifold to cat, many of the coupe ones do not fit, because the additional cross brace on the verts.
As far as the cat back, the mufflers are different, but other than that, all the coupes and convertibles cat back exhausts are the same.

I was able to install an entire exhaust from a 1990 GTU on my 1990 vert.
The previous owner had replaced the first pre-cat with a section of pipe though, so that may have been the only reason it fit..
I plan on replaceing it with something better asap, becaust it dosn't flow very well.
I'd suggest getting the bonez street exhaust with cat, from rotary performance.

"The Bönez Street Exhaust Systems utilize an ultra high temperature, high flow catalytic converter that has been specifically designed to handle the high exhaust temperatures the rotary engine produces. 2.5" piping feeds into a pre-silencer before feeding into our high flow catalytic converter. These systems simply bolt up to the stock exhaust manifold and connect to the stock or aftermarket cat back exhaust systems."
