That appears to be a third gen anti-roll bar. I don't believe the 2nd and 3rd gen bars are interchangeable. It may be easier to have a custom one made than to have that one custom fit to work.

The dimensions are all wrong, and that is a drop-in replacement for the FD3S.

AWR makes a tubular sway bar for the second gen, but I don't think it will help with your initial problem. it is mounted on the top of the rails directly above the original sway bar. special links and custom arms are needed.
