I saw that spoiler on Corksport's main site yesterday and instantly groaned. I don't blame them for making those spoilers as kids will buy them and since they're so cheap to produce, the profit margin is great.
Let's just hope that they don't put those spoilers on S4/S5 TII's, 10th AE's or GTUs's. Now, that'd be a shame.

It looks good. Too many people knock on these kinda spoilers. They look good on race cars. Really wouldnt that spoiler look good with a decient kit. Properly fit wheels. And a gutted caged interior. Dont know about you but Id be impressed.
Maybe corksport can sell just the brackets?

I still say that one is mounted backwards in the pic!
If you look at the leading edge of the wing, it seems to be higher than the trailing edge (you can see it in the top pic). That would create lift, not downforce. I'd like to see it mounted the other way around.
Am I crazy? Does anyone else agree here?

those types of wings look like crap on 2nd gens in my opinion. The only way that those wings could possibly ever look good, would be if the 2nd gen had some crazy wide body kit and wait, I still don't know if it would look good then.

Look how much stronger the RE Amemiya Wing is compared to the one from cork sport.
I would not doubt if someone actually reached speeds necessary to take advantage of that wing it would bend or break off.

West TX RX-7 "I would not doubt if someone actually reached speeds necessary to take advantage of that wing it would bend or break off."
Ever stick your hand out the window on the freeway and make a little air foil out of it? The surface area of your palm is enough to make lift or downforce you can certainly feel at 55mph.
These wings have 30x the surface area of that and most definately do something. Everyone claiming that they don't work unless over some insane speed is flat out wrong.
While I agree that the CS piece looks pretty cheap and flimsy, I disagree that they are ineffective in some manner.

From the SIDES Jimbob, how else?
If the wings are flimsy, why not fill them w/ some expanding foam. It should take the flex out of them, while adding no more than a pound or 2.
