Hehe..yea. Look at the oil lines running into the turbo...they are completely seperate from the MOP system, so disabling it will have no effect on the turbo cooling. Also, while the oil certainly does have a cooling effect to the turbo, its main job is for lubrication of the turbine bearings..the cooling is mostly done by the coolant running though the turbo.

I dont know the full detail, but I assume when I get the motor back from Rotary Ressurection the MOP will be what just blocked off or removed? If my oil is then premixed with the gas only coolent cools teh turbo from here on?

Oh boy.. this is like talking to my girlfriend about Astrophysics......
The turbo has a direct feed from the OIL PUMP... NOT the metering pump... the turbo's oil supply comes from a banjo bolt on the TOP RIGHT of the FRONT IRON.. inside the iron is a channel that leads directly from the oil pump housing to that port on the top of the iron...
and by the TOP.. i mean the Flat, horizontal surface at the top right of the front iron that has been machined smooth and has a hole drilled and tapped into it for the banjo bolt.. there is a two piece, metal supply line that runs from that banjo bolt over to the turbo... the oil from the turbo then drains out the bottom of the bearing hub and enters the front cover over by the metering pump.. (this is probably why you assume that the metering pump supplies the oil to the turbo)

There's a free download of the factory service manual online. It's location is in the FAQ Thread at the beginning of this second generation site. There is a section called OIL SECTION or similar wording and it has a schematic of how the engine oil system works.
Actually someone has jpg'd a picture of the oiling system on this site in the past. I know not which thread.
