cooling questions

Ok my t2 is running warm, ive changed the thermostat, flushed radiator and even added a e-fan. Could this problem be due the intercooler or should i just replace the radiator?

what is running warm? and dont bandaid it by just buying a fluidyne radiator... fix the problem and then if you want to upgrade do it... find whats wrong with it first.. but what do you call running warm?

yeh from what i hear not having the plastic underbelly does raise the temps up

i myself dont have one( have a koyo radiator, works like a charm but in florida everything gets heatsoaked from the humidity) but is going to take a thing of sheet metal and put that in its place, i know someone else has already done this

it is a huge plastic part that covers the whole bottom of the engine bay.... it helps direct air flow through the radiator.. however i removed mine due to the fact i hate them.... with them on a oil/coolant leak will drip into the pan and not onto the road or gravel under the car.... this means i have no idea if i have a leak or not.... just why i removed mine... but my car still runs just under normal operating temps or right on it

Helps with aerodynamics too... but im my opinion, there are no gains in removing it. Hurts temps, hurts aerodynamics. Back on topic, check underneath the water pump around the "weep hole" for any coolant coming out. If there is, get a new pump.
