Cooling Fan Woe

my buddy with his 87 turbo had read in the forum that someone had installed a discount auto part cooling fan ....i insisted not to do it .....but on saturday he appeared at my house and wanted me to install it .......it was hard to install but afterwards we test drove the vech .....first of all not much air is being blown
second the car doesnt overheat... but in traffic with the ac on the needle goes 3/4 ways up as before it only would go to 1/2 .

i would not suggest this cooling fan
if anyone has any experience with the fan shed some lite on me!
this is installed in a 87 rx7 turbo in orlando fl

Do a search for a Fiero fan - that's what I have, and it works great even with the A/C on in N FL heat (it's hotter here than in ORL )
