coolant nipple right next to primary rail?

ok so i took the uim off to change injectors and noticed there is a niple with nothing attached to it but it has coolant siting flush with the top of the nipple where does this connect to this is the motor im using for my t2 swap its towards the back of the motor on top of keg?

you had to disconnect it to get the UIM off.. the hose runs to the bottom of the throttle body.

it was already off when i bought the motor so im starting where somone left off

there is a 90 degree short hose that comes off and goes to the bottom coolant nipple on the thermowax, under the backside of the throttle body.

first off, i'm not saying RotaryEvolution is wrong, but in the future it always helps to POST PICS!!! pictures do a much better job of explaining things then you do.
