Coolant coming from somewhere

I recently have been getting an add coolant light and buzz. So i checked my engine bay and discovered coolant in places that it should not be.

This first picture is not of my car (mine is NA), I am just using it for the lack of my own picture. Here is where the coolant is.

And the following pictures are close ups, sorry for the lack of quality.

coolant between the piping and intercooler(?)

Any ideas of what it is, and how much its gonna cost me?

If it's coming from there the plastic end tank is probably cracked. Replace with a used, oem or upgraded rad.
