Convertible top stopped working
After a day of spirited top down driving, my convertible top decided to stay down for the count. I tried to put it up last night and it didn't make a sound. I ended up putting it up manually. How do I go about trying to solve this problem? Start replacing parts? or is there a top secret way?

Does it still beep? I'd check the contact points at the ebrake. It's a little copper looking piece about half an inch long, easy to see. Mine gives me trouble down there every once in a blue moon and I take a pen and push down on it so it connects.

No more beeps. So if it doesn't beep, are you suggesting cleaning the contact points?
If I put it back up manually by loosening the screws at the access point, is there anything extra I need to do?
