Convertable top stuck closed- Ebrake sensor?

Hey my 91's convertable top is stuck shut. I used to be able to sit there and play with the ebrake until it worked, but now I get nothing.

Anyone know where this sensor is so I can clean or bypass it?

K looks like the switch is in the handle, im going to go mess with it.

Common to get freedom fries and the like stuck in there if you eat in the car

LOL.

Well I pulledl the up and down switch and had marc resolder the connectors. Works great.
