computer codes? running rich

My 88 N/A has been running rich (can smell gas in the exhaust and fuel economy has dropped).

I have a scanner for my Ford F150 the picks up the codes the computer stores and also during a test. I see that my RX doesn't have a central computer hook up, but a lot of hook ups everywhere. What's the easiest way to check the system to see if everything is working ok. Is there a way to scan the computer? I know the dealer would charge an arm and a leg, so i don't want to go there. I haven't replaced any emissions/fuel delivery parts in the 10 years I've owned it, so anything could be out.

And more likely your PD is failing.. You might want to look under the hood by the secondary fuel rail and see if there is any fuel puddling there.
