I don't do ATF treatments either.
If I need to raise the compression a litte, pouring regular motor oil does the same thing.

I got right at 90 PSI on both rotors, I understand this to be unexceptable and I an now going to start planning a rebuild or maybe just have it done, not sure yet. But would a compression this low cause the engine to not start at all, or do I have something else going on?

You know, I dont know how it does it. :-p
I'm just going to assume that it helps free up the seals, or something.
