Cold air leakage from dash vents

I've got just a bit of cold air leaking out of the dash vents on my 87 GXL. No matter what temperature or air location you set it at, it's still there.

I'm assuming the fresh air door (if there is one) is not sealing all the way, before I go tearing into it I thought I would check with you guys here.

Anybody got any experience or short cuts on this one?
