coil over shocks and 3rd gen wheels
Will a coilover kit allow you to use stock 3rd gen wheels on the front of an FC? I have a set of wheels already but I need spacers to run on the front. They cost a pretty penny and then they hit on the fenders under hard cornering. A GC coilover kit is $400 and since I would like to have coilovers anyhow I was wondering if this would allow me to use the wheels as well.
Thanks

the coil over kit won't gain you very much space. the stonk springs are very small at the bottom already.

I guess I'll just have to check again and see where exactly they hit. I don't remember. I thought it was on the higher part of the spring where it bows out...I just don't remember. Anyone else have a suggestion.
The coil over kit is Ground Control and ONLY includes perches and springs...you need to find a set of shocks at aditional price. That does not even include a camber plate which is another $250 or so.
