clutches
Well its that time, my clutch is slipping really bad. so i want to replace it with a performance clutch. I found a dual friction clutch.
http://www.dualfriction.com/products...cationid=63993
is this clutch good, has anyone tried it. How will it be for street use. I drive the car every day, and take it to t he track about twice a month. Its a 91 N/a with some mods.is this a good price. and do you recomend any other clutches
Thanks in advance

centerforce clutches
My friend has a Dual friction clutch and it is good. It improved his performance ten fold over stock and even after a few trips to the track and many burnouts it still doesn't slip much. About the warranty, I work in an auto parts store that is a wholesale source for my entire region and i'm very familiar with factory reps and while i can't say for sure about Centerforce, There is only maybe 1% of manufacturers that have unconditional warranties. Most are warrantied for life to be free of defects. Like if the pressure plate develops a crack after 3 weeks of normal driving. It would be a miracle if it actually covered clutch plate wear. People come in all the time and ask if we have lifetime waranty brake pads like the local chain store and I have to explain that a brake pad is designed to wear out. Damn crappy chainstores
