clutch won't disengage

hey,
yesterday i was driving my car pretty hard redlined it pushed the clutch in to shift from first to second and the clutch pedal just went to the floor and now i can't shift while the car is running and it's hard to shift even when the car is off seems like my clutch is stuck in the engaged position. when i shift it into first when it's off then try to start it the car lurches forward. any ideas what it might be? i was thinking a broken or bent clutch fork but was hoping it's something simple and wouldn't have to drop the tranny not looking forward to that
any advice would be appreciated

Start off by checking the linkages for the pedle, It might be a slave cylinder issue, but I'm not a huge hydraulic clutch buff

Most likely a bad master or slave cylinder. Check for leaks, missing fluid, etc. Try bleeding. If all else fails, replace both cylinders (they're cheap).
