That's going to suck in air around the threads of the bleeder screw and you'll be in the same shoes as before. Did you try bleeding it after adjusting the freeplay?

So I pulled my trans and the clutch disc was backwards so I flipped it around. Now in putting trans back in hopefully this works!

Yep, that would cause it not to fully disengage.

Was defiantly the problem just took it on its first cruise. Now just gotta figure this hot start problem out!

That's what I'm thinking. Some replacements are even marked which side faces which. If it was some shop or buddy, I'd steer away from them from now on. If OP did it, just remember for future reference, the side of the hub that sticks out farthest goes towards the trans.

Even if all ^ that fails, when you install the clutch disc, you can definitely see something's wrong when the clutch material doesn't meet the flywheel. It's pretty obvious how a clutch goes together, and even if it's your first time you'd think that you'd want to look at some instructions or something.
