It may take quite a bit of bleeding before you'll get pressure. In the initial stages of bleeding, you may not feel any pressure at all for a dozen or so bleed cycles, and when pressure does start to appear, the pedal may not return from the floor for several more cycles, so you'll just have to pull it up by hand. Eventually though, the pressure will come back to normal. Just be patient and stick with it.
