Clutch Engagement Problem?

When I put the clutch in the pedal seems grindy, I dont know how else to put it. The pedal feels like it has racks and sand in it, rough like that when you engage and disengage the pedal. This is on my friends 95 integra gsr that used to be mine, at least i amde a good swith to a 7 ha ha. I am looking for a few people to back me on that it is the throw- out bearing or and issue with the shift fork. If a few of you would throw in your imput so I can tell him what he needs to do, and so I'm not wrong. thanks- Dustin

You need to drop the tranny and visually inspect what's happening.
