The car runs fine for a few days then the check engine light comes on so i let her sit. After a few days she starts right up and runs fine. WTF, this has been happening for a couple weeks. Could this be anything but my ecu?

I assume you have a S5? Probably the OMP cutting in and out. Maybe the connection is bad or something and you just need to clean the contacts. I had a simliar problem with my car recently. replaced the OMP and it runs great.

You're gonna have to pull the codes, and quit guessing as to what might be bad...

Are the conditions the same when the check light comes on (hot engine, WOT, raining out, stuff like that...)

14,27,51(sometimes 13&26 also) but they come and go without me doing anything. The omp has been checked and is fine, i have yet to check any of the others. What would make all of these codes just go away without resetting the ecu?

Some of the codes (boost sensor is one I know of) will pop up when you're in weird transient engine conditions (even though there's nothing wrong), but since I don't know what the S5 codes are with the numbers you gave, I can't comment further than that...
