Cheap mods?
i have kept my fc stock the whole time i have owned it because i think it will take a large amount of money to make it fast. Since i dont wont to pay alot of money for mods i hollowed out my exaust so they are straight pipes. I didnt think it would make that much of a difference in horespower but my car has a hell lot better pull then it did before. Now i am considering droping money into my car but i am not sure what to get. I was thinking of an intake but would it make that much of a difference because i dont have a turbo. I am also thinking of getting suspension but i would apreciate some opinions to point me in the right direction

what are you going to do with it?
You wont go real fast with an NA without opening it up and porting it. If you dont plan on porting then get an RB downpipe, maybe an open element air filter for the AFM, and then work on the suspension.

ditto, you wont be fast UNTIL you port it.
my car is SLOW and heres all my mods:
-CAI
-RB header
-2.5in straight back to 1 muffler
-no ps/ac/smog anything
-GReddy e-manage
-all t/b mods including coolant bypass
-5th/6th wired
i thought about porting my intake, but is their anything to gain?

Nothing much to gain on a stock port, but if you open them up, or better yet bridge, there is a lot to be gained with an intake, or these ITBs, which is my near future plan.
You might be happier with a functioning 5/6th port as opposed to the wired version. Unless you have removed the sleeves you are gaining nothing by leaving them open all the time, and losing low end in the process.

I would love to have functioning 5th/6th ports, but the exhaust killed that. Are you saying the removing the sleeves is better than wired? I thought that would worsen the problem? In either case, i autox, so its nice to close them when i need the low end.

But I guess you will still need linkage and fuel rails n other misc stuff. Im sure a set of 2 throttle bodies is 500 bucks or so
The fuji kit is the weber manifold, adapter to fit the manifold to the ITB, ITBs, TPS, Fuel rail, AFPR (IIRC), airhorns, velocity stacks, and gaskets. Jimmy at Fuji claims that it is literally a bolt on affair with EVERYTHING you would need short of a standalone... which on the more expensive kit he sells it with a Microtech that he told me was flashed with a profile to allow the car to get to dyno for a professional tune.
So yeah, its a bit expensive, but its everything you need to get the car running. no hunting for parts or ordering anything else. No getting 90% finished just to find out you dont have something you need.
Frankly for $1500 its a good deal, assuming you can take advantage of it. there would probably be an improvment in power on stock ports, but really the stock manifold is more than sufficient for anything short of a monster streetport/bridge.

If your not going to port the engine, the best you can do is this: Full exhaust, Intake of some kind, Replace any old worn parts, like plugs, wires, fuel filter, clean the injectors. Then if you have any left maybe go ahead and get a lightened flywheel and clutch. Then work on weight reduction, because without porting, and sometimes even with, you wont get your N/A to be "fast", being over low 14's, unless you have $$$
