Changing suspension bushings

On all 4 wheels.

-How long does it take if I have the proper tools?
-What tools/pullers will I need?

I have been told a couple of times its the shittiest job to do...Is it that bad?

Thanks.

It's not hard, just takes some engineering, and ALOT of time. While you have the rear trailing arms off you should replace the DTSS bushings.

I used a ball joint press, a bench vise, and an assortment of sockets to remove all the bushings except the front control arm D bushings. For those I used a cut off wheel to remove the metal sleeve.

Just make sure you don't snap the caliper bolts! I broke a bolt on each rear caliper, which ended up making the job 3x harder.

No worries, my caliper bolts are free, I just removed them and my car never seen a winter in 10 years.

How much time did it take you?

I have no idea on time estimation. The car is nearing the end of restoration, so when I took something apart it got cleaned and painted. If I didn't have any snapped bolts I could probably do it in <8 hours.
