Ok, try this:
- Take the key out of ignition
- Pull out the 40A EGI fuse from the small fuse box mounted on the driver's side suspension well in the engine bay.
- Turn the key to ingnition and crank the engine over for ~30-40 seconds.
- Put the 40A EGI fuse back in to its original position in the fuse box
- Try starting the car as per normal.
That's the general procedure for de-flooding.
I've just replied to your other post that you're having problems with coolant moving into the overflow & not coming back... Flooding & hard-to-start problems are also a tell-tale sign of a blown coolant seal.
This might also be a good time to replace your spark plugs (easy job & can be done in the gas station car park - just make sure you put the right leads back onto the right plugs!). This should help if you have flooding problems.
Once again, I had flooding issues when I had a blown coolant seal.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
