Please describe your problem or give a link to the orginal thread. Will the car die when you apply your brakes at idle too or does the vehicle have to be in motion? How about when you rev it at idle? ~rich

Wow, I have to be honest with you - your writing is very confusing. Writing correctly and clearly will definitely increase people's ability to help you here...
That being said - Is your idle sensor (tps) still disconnected? If so, there's your problem. It prolly wasn't adjusted correctly to begin with giving you stuttering, hesitation problems. Search the forums for adjusting procdure.
Minor exhaust leaks will not cause a problem. Leaks inside the engine bay will increase the underhood temps resulting in poorer performance. Big leaks before the cats may cause delayed activation of your 5th, 6th ports (above 3.8k)
Installing glasspacs backwards will blow the muffling material out essentially making them straight pipes. ~rich

It won't hurt to take your cats out, but since you have a s4, you will either have to wire your ports open, or find the write up for how to use like a cadillac air ride pump or some ****.................
